Monthly maintenance fees waived with $2,500 minimum daily ledger balance or $3,000 average monthly ledger balance. Activity fees apply at all times. Variable interest rates paid monthly on the tiered daily collected balances below:

• $0 to $9,999 - NOW Rate
• $10,000 to $24,999 - Money Market Rate
• $25,000 to 49,999 - Premium Rate
• $50,000 and up - Platinum Rate

Federal regulations limit the number of withdrawals by the following methods to 6 per month; third party checks or drafts (restricted to no more than 3 per statement cycle), preauthorized transfers, telephone transfers and wire transfers. An excessive transaction fee of $5.00 will be assessed for each transaction exceeding these limits. Exceeding these limits may result in the account type being changed to comply with federal regulations.
