| A | Sign up now! |
| Q | Is there a fee for the Bill Pay service? |

| Q | How far in advance of the due date should I pay bills with Bill Pay? |
| A | In order to ensure timely payment of your bills, please allow four business days for electronic payments and ten business days for check payments to reach your payee by the "Due Date." |

| A | Check payments are handled in the same manner as a check written out of your checkbook against an insufficient balance (fees may apply.) E-Statements
| Q | What is an E-Statement? |

| Q | Will I receive my E-Statements faster than a mailed statement? |
| A | Yes. You will receive your email notification and be able to view your statement the morning after your statement cycles. Mailed statements take two to three business days to reach their destination. They are typically mailed the day after the statement cycles. |

| A | Statements are stored for a minimum of 90 days online. However, at any time during the 90 days, you can save or print the statement to keep as long as you wish. |
| Q | Are E-Statements secure? |
| A | Yes. Our E-statement product uses a "pull" method meaning we do not send any of your confidential information by email. You only receive an email notification which lets you know your statement is ready for viewing and a link to a secure site so you can enter your E-statement User name and Password. |
| Q | Will I still receive my regular statement in the mail in addition to E-Statements? |
| A | No. Once you are enrolled for E-Statements, you will only receive them electronically. |
