Q I have been trying to log into my E-statements for three days and the site is not working, what am I doing wrong?
A

The previous E-statement site is no longer active. Customers can now access their statements through internet banking under the eStatements tab.

Close

Q I am signed up for E-statements and I have not received an email this month, why?
A

We recently upgrade our E-statement software. It is possible an existing E-statement account was not activated during the upgrade.  Customers can verify their E-statement settings and account enrollments by logging in to their internet banking account and clicking on the eStatements tab. They can click on email setting to verify your email address is correct. You may change your email address here at any time. You can verify which accounts are enrolled in E-statements by choosing sign up/changes. If you email address and account enrollments are correct, you may contact customer service and we will be happy to research and resolve the issue for you.

Q I can only see statements for one of my accounts on the E-statements tab, but I should have more.
A

Customers must choose additional accounts from the drop down menu to view statements from those accounts. If the account they are looking for is not in the drop down menu, they can click on the Sign Up/Changes section to enroll additional accounts.

Q I tried to view my statements on the E-statements tab but they were not there. Why?
A

If the statement the customer is searching for is dated prior to July 10, 2012, it was not included in the E-statement upgrade.  They can access it under the statements option within internet banking or have it mailed to them at no charge.

Close

Q The account I want to choose is gray and it will not let me. Why?
A

Accounts that have been combined with other lead accounts and accounts that have already been set up for E-statements on another account holder’s internet banking access cannot be chosen.
